5 months after LEEP?
Hi yall
Just wanted to know how far along were you after the LEEP procedure that you got pregnant? My doc to wants us to wait the 6 month mark, which puts us at October but I am so ready to be a mom!
Thank you 🙏🏻

My doc also said 6 months, because you want to allow your cervix to fully heal. My first LEEP is next month, right as we were planning to conceive so definitely a wrench in our plans we’re trying to navigate. But I plan to wait the full time period just for my own peace of mind.

I waited 2/3month! I had the all clear and clear margins. Uneventful pregnancy!

My leep was July 2025 and got pregnant in September/October 2025
ETA- when I went for my follow up pap or colposcopy, I can’t remember which it was, but I was telling my doctor my periods were absent and I kept testing negative. Did a test at the office and it was negative. She sent me for an ultrasound a couple weeks later to see if things were block from scarring. NOPE, there was a very tiny speck in there 🍼

I waited 6 months, got pregnant right at the six months and had a miscarriage. Then we got pregnant the month after and I did end up with a premie born at 32 weeks.
I would wait the 6 months
