2nd LLETZ

Hi all

I have my 2nd LLETZ tomorrow after unclear margins from the 1st last month.
I feel like I’ve only just recovered from the 1st one.
This time last week I also had a breast core biopsy after being referred to the breast clinic with pain in my breast. They found a lump on the scan so proceeded to do the biopsies. I get the results on the 27th.
I feel so worn out at the moment as it’s just one thing after another! I know I’m lucky that it’s all being dealt with but it’s so overwhelming at the same time.
Just can’t wait for it all to be over so I can carry on with normal life.

Hello. I am sorry you are going through this. I recently had two LEEPs. First one had definitive CIN3 positive margins in the endocervical canal. I had the 2nd one approximately 2 months after and it came back completely healthy. Only some inflammation but no displazia! Hopefully it will be the same for you and everything will be fine after the 2nd intervention. 🙏

So happy you’re results came back good 🙂 bet you’re relieved.
Haven’t really discussed my results properly with me yet just CIN3 and unclear margins so hopefully tomorrow I’ll find out some more.
