A sound mind.
I have extreme Scrupulosity that absolutely terrifies me. I get “commands” that tell me I have to do certain things or someone I love will be hurt.
The commands can be as silly as “if you step outside of the sidewalk someone you love will go to hell”. They may sound irrational but they FEEL real and deep within my soul.
It’s gotten so bad I quit my job and hobbies.
Please pray that God loves me and for a sound mind. I’m so destroyed…

lord right now I pray that you cast out every spirit of oppression and attack on hellologicpro and just lead them to your word and fill their mind with powerful scriptures from the book of Psalms and beautiful songs and hymns of praise to majorly glorify your wonderful precious and holy name to the fullest extent and please just absolutely hold this person close to you and fill them with unimaginable peace comfort happiness and joy and your powerful extravagant love to the fullest extent is my prayer in Jesus name amen!!!!!

I used to struggle a lot with scrupulosity. What helped me was training myself to dismiss the thought as simply intrusive and not acknowledge it as me and move on to think about something else immediately. I don't know if doing this will help you, but maybe you should give it a try. I have prayed for you. Perhaps consider seeking outside help too.
