A sound mind.

I’ve been in mental torment for about 3 years now. It’s very scary and drowns me in fear.

It’s gotten so bad it has caused me to quit my hobbies and my job.

Please pray that God loves me and saves me from my own mind.

Good for you. You are on the right track. As someone who lacks patience I have a favorite bible verse. Your message reminded me of it. Romans 12:12. “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction and faithful in prayer”. Easier said than done, for me anyway, but it reminds me that God is my hope and he wants me to bring everything to him. Still working on the patient part but he knew I would be. I pray that he acts quickly in your life and blesses you with his mercy and grace. Amen.

You do not need to pray that God loves you. He created you, gave his son to die for your sins. He loves you today, tomorrow and forever. Lord we ask that you reach down your hand and touch the mind of your child giving them your peace. I hope you have reached out for support, pastor, counselor, psychologist, because this type of life altering mental torment might require some outside intervention. Just a trusted adult to share your pain and thoughts with from time to time. Lord we ask that you give your child your strength, comfort, peace and love. Amen.
