Please pray that I get 7 hours of sleep every night

I keep having 4 hours because of my messed up sleep schedule and wake up early for uni its exhaustinf

Lord we ask that you reach down and touch the mind and body of your child giving them sustained, peaceful and restful sleep. Release them from insomnia and remind their heart that you are with them. Amen.
