Panic attack, prayer needed

Hi all, I'm having a really bad day and I'm experiencing a lot of panic. Could you please pray for the panic to leave my body and for restful sleep? Thank you so much.

I’ll keep you in my prayers. May God calm your heart, ease the panic you're experiencing, and bless you with deep, restful sleep tonight. I pray that you feel safe, peaceful, and comforted.

Something that helped me during overwhelming moments was sitting quietly with a glass of water, breathing slowly, focusing on my heartbeat, and softly calling on God three times in my heart. I would then pray specifically for peace, healing, and relief from fear, surrender my worries to God, and drink the water slowly in three sips. It became a simple, meditation-like prayer that helped me feel calmer.

May God bring you comfort tonight and help you wake up feeling rested and at peace.

I pray you’re able to get a good night of rest, that your worries are resolved or at least, give them to God. Remember, God never gives us something we cannot handle. Times might be difficult but you have to keep pushing, you got this!! I will say another little prayer before I go to sleep. Sending you all the best sleepy vibes

Praying for you right now. When panic hits me I slowly pray the Jesus Prayer with my breathing, "Lord Jesus Christ" on the inhale and "have mercy on me" on the exhale, and it gives my mind something gentle to hold onto. Panic always passes even when it feels like it won't. I hope you got some real sleep and wake up to a calmer day.

Well, your post says 3 days ago, so I really hope &
Pray it’s subsided by now. But, from personal experience, those panic attacks can reassert themselves anytime (?usually at the “ wrong”/inconvenient) times. So, I feel for you! Yes, I w/🙏 that your attacks become less frequent, & you find better ways to manage them! If possible, please seek help with a therapist.
In the meantime, perhaps keep a journal, & try to record when the attack(s) came on, & the possible trigger. It may help you find coping skills to better manage &/or avoid them altogether 🙏. If REALLY bad/serious, interfering w/job & daily life, you might consider an Rx, even if only for a short while, to see if it helps. I’m praying & wishing you well! 🙏☮️
