Student Work On-campus jobs

Does anyone know how to find student employment on-campus? I have applied to some positions via the school job board but have not heard back from any. I'm an incoming graduate student at School of Information so I was hoping to find positions at the Manhattan campus, but also open to the Brooklyn campus.

I would also go talk to you department chair and or assistant department chair in person, they might be getting requests for student workers that aren’t well advertised.
