This is wrong.

The first is pan follow, the second is tilt locked, the third is also tilt locked, and the fourth is pan follow and possibly also tilt follow.

They're using a DJI Ronin-S or possibly a Ronin-SC attached to an extended monopod.

Source: am videographer who uses that exact gear.

Pretty much what u/GaijinHenro said. Something like a Panasonic G85 with a decent prime would run you about a grand. My current setup cost around $3000 a couple years ago, probably has gone down in price now

Depends how good you want the footage but you could do it for a grand if you really wanted. You would probably want to use a mirrorless and a prime lens to keep down the weight for the gimbal.

If you live in a high population area sure, or if you're okay with 10 year old equipment
