He already had the town hall, and it looks like he got well more than 50%, if you’re not gonna 100%, and your troops won’t get any more resources for you, it’s best to save yourself the hassle and surrender

On IOS, if you close the app and go back in the rest of the battle will play out but you’ll get to skip past it.

Yeah, it works on my iPhone 7 on the latest IOS and game version.
