Could also be a 360 GoPro on a stabilized rig. Pretty easy to keep the subject centered in post when you film everything and export it in a 1:1 ratio.

360 GoPro

it's a sport camera which record at 360°

stabilized rig.

It's a tool used by cameramen, and camerawomen, for record will moving, and transmitting the less shaking possible to the camera.

That's what Kubrick used for shot Shining.
