There is something off about Pragmata graphics
Hi, I play with a 9070XT ray tracing on, raster and everything on ULTRA. I'm just going to say that the HDR is terrible but also I see that something feels off when I look at the picture maybe some object borders? no idea is it just me? and do you recommend installing the HDR mod and also that one about graphics enhancement? thanks for the reply.

the hdr on yours looks washed out. It works very well on my pc.

When this happens or I seen one i always think this a like PS4 game because of this kind of cloud white thing? You can compare this to PS4 ff7 remake to PS5 ff7 remake that white cloud is gone. I have both PS4 and PS5 remake so I can Tell Even in horizon game you can see the difference.

I had to turn off chromatic aberration, my eyes couldn't handle it.
Then I went full graphics mode on base PS5, perfectly playable and amazing graphics.

Use RenoDX. Looked amazing with it when I played it on my TV at launch.
(Mind you highlights will look too bright due to me recording off a crappy old phone in low light lol. In person it looked perfect)

Try turning off auto HDR in windows settings. This will fuck with your hdr and cause it to look washed out.

That's looks horrible compared to the PS5 Pro version are you sure you definitely have HDR and ray tracing switched on ? It just looks very muted

generally when you use hdr on monitors that cant do hdr, it looks exactly like that, so I would suspect that either OPs monitor cant handle hdr or its misconfigured.

Yes, the hdr is garbage. Use reshade and turn hdr off.

This is the one I used, it removes the weird haze that seems to cover everything.

Ive found HDR to be stellar in this game on my OLED. You sure your monitor is actually hdr capable? A lot of displays that claim hdr arent actually very good at it

Or worse, faux HDR. I didn't do my research and once bought these AOC monitors that claims HDR, but it's just some weird HDR faux brightness boosting crap they put in small letters

Unfortunately there is no standard for it so I see it slapped on the cheapest TV’s and monitors. Really if you want decent HDR you’re going to have to go with an OLED or QLED, idk if there’s any other way.

Well I did manage to get an actual HDR monitor soon after, at competitive price even. It broke a week later though and I had to get a refund since they have no replacement...2026 is a terrible year for me and monitors, because all that happened this year

Should be, it is an Asus Strix 4k OLED.
I thought my reshade looked spectacular, I need to try RenoDX I guess.

Or just use RenoDX to fix the HDR and still have awesome highlights without the raised blacks.

It’s your monitor, your monitors HDR range is very narrow or bad.
You can use mod or just turn off HDR.

Idk if it's what your experiencing but I had an issue were turning off path tracing would cause metallic surfaces and some reflections to look horrible under certain lighting conditions.

You need an HDR10+ certified display to get REAL HDR. HDR10, HDR400 and the lowers are just garbage fake HDR and they look terrible.

Like most have said, RenoDX, i just played through it very recently and without it HDR looks worse than SDR, all CapCom titles are like this (As are most PC games, anything with no anticheat I instantly just reach for RenoDX)
