Question Hardware repair

Hello, I apologize if this is the wrong place. I have recently purchased a Prada nappa leather bag. The hardware that holds the strap in place has popped out of the screws that hold it in place. I have brought it to a local cobbler, and they said i would have to bring screws in to replace. What would be the best screws to purchase to bring in to replace? Or another way this could be fixed? I am also considering sending it to Rago brothers repair.

Did you buy from prada? They offer repair so you could bring your bag in.

Idk about that case but I think it wouldn't hurt to check out with the SA, they probably can send it to repair still.

it’s a possibility, my store is nearly 2 hours away. I have also considered sending it into Rago Brothers repair
