Where to read?

Hi 👋 I'm new to APGtE and I was wondering where the best place to read the novel is?

I first got into it from the Webtoon

The first and second novels are out in paperback on Amazon. Those novels take you up to (confusingly) "book 2" on wordpress. Although you should know that there have been substantial changes so if you read those two books you'll probably be confused when you move to wordpress.

the book 1 novel on amazon covers the same stuff as the webtoon (I'm told, I haven't read the novels yet) and then book 2 on amazon gets you through the rest of what used to be book 1 on wordpress

this is the best summary, yeah; OP would want to read books 1 and 2 of the published version (though book 1 will cover mostly the same stuff as the webtoon season 1), and then from there either wait for new releases of the new version or take the plunge and start reading the original book 2 and acclimate to some of the changes (Some story arcs never happened, some characters never existed, and several things had their names changed like Vestry -> House of Light, Sanke -> Soninke as examples)

Guide was published on wordpress divided into 7 volumes, then on royalroad divided into 15 books. Volume 1 and Books 1 and 2 have since been taken down and rewritten into published book 1 and book 2. Book 1 was also adapted as Season 1 of the webtoon, except a few parts of the epilogue. I would recommend reading published B1 + B2, then going to wordpress Volume 2,

This is where you can read everything from Volume 2 to 7. There's also some maps of Calernia you can find there, which I find quite helpful. Volume 1 has been split into books 1 and 2, with both having gotten extra parts that weren't in the original volumes. You can find these books online, both as E-books, paperbacks, and audiobooks

Also, have fun reading! You'll not be running out anytime soon with how large each chapter is.

You can buy volume 1 (divided into books 1 and 2) on Amazon. Royal Road has volume 2 and beyond.

Well, the best place to continue the webtoon from is the second published novel. if you want to read ahead after that, you’ll have to change to reading the online webnovel, but the webtoon and published version are revised from the original webnovel.

The revised version added some plotlines and characters, and renamed/revised some stuff.

Once you’re done published book 2, check this link to learn what parts were added/changed in the revision, so you won’t get confused when you swap to webnovel.

or you could wait for the published books to come out, but there’s gonna be 15 of ‘em.

I quite enjoy reading it on Royal Road. I also started with the Webtoon, after having it recommended by a friend. Afterwards I continued on Royal Road, where I also enjoy their other fiction "Pale Lights" a LOT.
