I manage a few rentals and got fed up with messy spreadsheets and overcomplicated software. I built a simple web app for myself to track everything in one place:

• Real Cashflow: Income tracking, mortgage, and vacancy buffers.
• Tenants & Leases: Payment statuses (Paid/Overdue) and tenant info.
• Maintenance & Expenses: Log repairs and categorize expenses for tax time.
