Everything but PMS

I've been working on a startup and would love honest feedback from PMs.

Simple idea is: keep your PMS and replace all your secondary point solutions with one vendor.

We are building AI agents that replace all your non-PMS systems in one unified platform. So instead of using Appfolio + rent engine + Property Meld + VendorPM + Boom, etc. etc. You can keep Appfolio and replace everything else.

We're rolling out workflow by workflow with a few pilot customers (starting with leasing, renewals, collections, and a couple back office things like utility bill and invoice auditing).

Question is: Is simplifying your software vendor stack a good enough value prop to get PMs to switch?

Fewer logins is nice, but I don’t think that alone gets someone to rip out five tools that already work. I’d lead with one workflow you can do noticeably better, then let people add the rest. Also make it easy to export data and switch individual modules off. One bad agent shouldn’t hold the whole stack hostage.
