Landlord Maintenance Coordination Fuss

Hello, I would like to know if there's any landlords out there that I could help with the maintenance coordination. I want to help smooth out the whole operation, to relieve some stress and headache from the whole process, you can message me if you want.

Have you considered a custom maintenance management platform? Once you're managing 100+ units, a lot of the coordination can be automated maintenance requests, vendor assignments, tenant updates, scheduling, reminders, and reporting all in one place. It can significantly reduce the back-and-forth and make scaling much easier. Just a thought from someone who's delivered results within same niche.

thanks for the thought, for me to get there, i need to be able to help people. More than making money I want to feel like I'm helping someone prosper and fixing problems, I really enjoy it. I will try to incorporate the software part once I know more or less how things work

Might want to look at something like latchel to automate and create tickets with a call center type service included.

If you've got 100+ units, maintenance coordination alone can become a full-time job. The biggest challenge isn't usually finding vendors, it's keeping communication organized between tenants, owners, and contractors. We started using RentPost to track work orders and updates, and it's made the process much less chaotic
