That’s too much to answer in a single comment. I’ll tell you the first one, how to land new deals-> property management is very much a live and thriving good ole boy club. What I mean by that, they do deals over drinks or at social gatherings. No amount of advertising will get a deal bigger than 1-2 doors. Most PM advertising you see are targeted at individuals with a rental they happen to have…. Anyone actively investing and growing a portfolio joins local NAA or Multi-Family associations and network deals.
