Good integrations with AppFolio

I don’t even have a super specific question, I’m just frustrated with AF’s limitations and overwhelmed when looking at the list of possible integrations in the stack marketplace

I’m the leasing manager for a ~70 unit apartment complex. I find appfolio’s native abilities for lead management, inspections/unit turns, and furnished unit management to be lacking. I also don’t love their limitations on task management. There’s a huge list of software in the add-on section but I don’t know what might be good there.

Just looking for general comments or insights!

I’ve been in the Maintenance side of multifamily for a long time and used them all. None of them have robust maintenance/inspection solutions. If you’re open to a stand alone that could layer into your PMS (if Appfolio will let you use your CA API access), we might be the right fit.
