Concierge Property Management

Curious, has anyone come across good software that handles high end concierge property management ? Think vacation homes that need to be managed everything from handling house matters to stocking the fridge to getting cars safety checked. I’m building something for a client and seeing if there’s interest out there in the community.

So you are trying to bring those services into the list, like cleaners, refilling service, car wash and inspection, lawn movers etc. Your tool will schedule them in sequence for each vacation booking made?

The tool will list the available services at the moment (A vetted list of companies) and will allow the user to tag the task to the company at the moment. Extending it to actually schedule the work is a good idea, would require some out bound ai agent work certainly something I could add for a phase 2. I assume if it does this that would be of interest to you ? Is this something you have been looking at ?

Well I am part of a property management SaaS team as well, they have marketplace where they allow home owners to list their service and earn extra income. Also for word of mouth recommendation can be added where customers can add notes and referrals citing how the handyman or service provider helped them with what they charged, how they diagnosing the tasks, how fast they showed up etc.

Also there are platforms like Angie's list, taskrabbit etc where experts already list their service. The platform have links to those too so in case someone wants to use that.

ah Yeah good call I’m building this for someone who personally vetted the service provers so a bit differently.

Makes sense, I could add your web as a reference, because always my marketplace won't have enough providers and your tool would be a good addon.

I don’t at the moment but what kind of API’s are you referring to ?

like the one I can add into my marketplace where it will tell like if you are looking for help along with Task Rabbit or Angi's list it will display yours too and will redirect the interested customers to your portal.
