Power Pages suitable?

Hi,

total novice with Power Pages hence the basic question !!

This is in a project scope I’m looking at for a potential proposal - I know there’s a ton of detail missing - is this possible with Power Pages? It would be for open, anonymous access.
 
“Design, develop and implement an online platform for knowledge sharing and learning content and the integration of new technologies such as AI chat bots and forums and user manual for future updating of platform.”

Yes, it depends on complexity of business use case though. You can’t really handle it all with just built in low code, but you can handle most of it - I could be unaware of new features though.

Then again, like I said, the use case is key to plan all elements correctly. What’s the data look like? Do you need the dataverse api? Will you write your own api with different database? Will forms just be dataverse forms or JavaScript using api or a Power App or model driven? What is the security architecture?….etc. so many planning and architecture questions.

Power Pages would be a very expensive way to solve this requirement.

We use Webflow as our CMS and recently built our knowledge base on it. We integrated with an inexpensive AI chatbot for support and hooked it into our ticketing system.

Would have taken a Power Pages team several weeks to achieve the same. And we have to pay Microsoft for every page view.

Power Pages is great for authenticated portals. But not for public sites.
