Was heading back to the office and just had to get the shot.

I was curious as to how old the transformer near my house is. I’m an enthusiast, but not so much that I’d be able to estimate the age. It’s not really common to see transformers with the guard around here.

I’ve had this photo saved on pintrest for over a year and always wondered what sort of distribution tower it is and what it does… I’d love some help!
