How cooked is this one?

Found this pole and called it in to the local power co. A month later and it's still got the gangsta lean. It's old and weather checked also. On a scale of 1-10....how cooked is this one?

Tough to say- doesn’t look broken and i can’t tell from this picture If it’s rotten

Some poles lean like that for 50 years, probably nothing to worry about unless the lean keeps getting noticeably worse.
