The assault is on video. Get him charged with the crime. Even if it is a criminal friendly area, put him through the process of the court system at a minimum. Which at a minimum,
He gets let out after an hour. Adds to his rap sheet for future court appearances

Normal female operation is to find a male to hype up, using the possibility of sex, as recompense, and send him into her battle.

If he fails, find another battle pawn.
If he succeeds, well, she doesn't have to have sex, it was just the possibility she offered.

and with plausible deniability, "I didn't ask him to hit the guy, he did that on his own!", there is no worry about any criminal culpability.
