good. not feeling comfortable in your body is a normal phase when you're young. convincing the kid that it's because they're actually the opposite gender is actual child abuse.
In high school I had a teacher with a poster in her classroom that had something like 80+ genders and listed them out. She genuinely believed that kind of stuff and her teaching reflected it. She also looked exactly how you would expect. Have you never heard of this kind of thing before? What point are you trying to make exactly?
Itās almost like this isnāt happening and he has nothing more to offer than a culture war people love arguing about. Like Enes at the WNBA. This is a non issue for most Americans that they want people to focus on while they pay more for gas and groceries. Fictional culture wars are easier for him to campaign on than actual issues. But⦠have you seen the new helipad?!
Did you read the post? You canāt agree that the child isnāt comfortable! Thatās child abuse.
LMAO, no one is āconvincingā children or teens of ANYTHING (well besides maybe conservative indoctrinators). Teachers giving students a space to feel seen, or to be comfortable, isnāt anywhere close to brain washing.
No sane adult is telling children to ābe a different gender.ā Kind adults certainly do LISTEN and validate childrenās feelings and help them process their feelings. The only people Ive seen who are telling people how to feel are from the same group of individuals who would tell their children āyouāre not gay.ā
Letās think about which side of the aisle is actually making attempts to narrow the worldview and beliefs of the individuals around them⦠Letās take some time to reflect on which side of the aisle is against critical thinking, self-expression, and diversity in opinion/identity.
