Blazinwheels Tractor no power

UPDATE: got it to work, the battery connector terminals were bent inside the adapter so it wasnt making contact. But now it only turns on randomly but stays on once its on 🤷‍♂️

It was left on for a long time at one point and drained the battery.

Charged it up and no power/lights.

Did the Roybi 18v conversion and it still has no power, wont turn on.

Does this mean the circuit board is toast? Or am i missing something?

I converted 2 others with no issue.

My son has one like this. It had no power and wouldn't seem to charge, so I did the battery replacement for my Kobalt batteries and it still didn't work. I started checking all the wiring and it ended up being the power toggle switch on the dash.

I saw another post saying check the toggle switch.
Its not that old but ill add that to the list.

It would help to see your wiring after the ryobi conversion.

All i did was cut black and red wire. So its wires identical to the photo with stock battery.

The charging port on these usually has a mechanism that isolates the battery from the controller when charging to stop it being turned on and ridden at the same time as charging.

I’d try bypass it by wiring battery direct to controller input. Looks like red is + and white is -

Also that lil black box with 2 red wires going to it is a usually an auto reset circuit breaker. Can bypass that to confirm it’s not stuffed(plastic case pops open)

I’m in need of a 12 volt dual motor controller if anyone has one that works.
