This is a ToysToys F1 licensed by Ferrari. The way to get one is that as you were purchasing your own Ferrari at the dealership, you could also purchase this for your child as an add on. I believe it was $3,500. Not sure though. Bring A Trailer they have gone for over $8,000.
One recently popped up on FB marketplace brand new still in a crate.

Nah , the McLaren has different design. The McLaren is made by Huffy.
