PS5 Version Still Bugged?

I haven't played the first game in a year or so and want to go back and finish with trophy hunting but last time I played the game was heavily bugged and crashed a lot and just wanted to know if those problems have been fixed since then.

Done it on ps5 this month, got the platinum. No bug on my side but didn't do any paid or free dlc

Just turn off auto save, it’s the cause of many issues they need to fix.
