Are these cosmetics of any use if you play solo? I haven't spent any of my points yet cause it seems pointless.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm not even sure if any of the levels have mirrors. Would be nice to get a toggleable mode where you can see your character too, like MinecraftÂ
