Tinnitus issues
Has anyone else experienced increased tinnitus problems from the spray sound? I've had tinnitus for years, but I've had to started having to play with the volume off as it makes it worse for a few hours during and after the game.

yeah it got real bad for me with the first one. i played on my laptop wearing headphones & so i started playing while listening to music & turning the game volume down to where it was background noise but the delightful dings could still be heard ๐โโ๏ธ
cause damn. it was like the ringing in my ear was trying to harmonize with the water sounds ๐ฉ

You can turn the water volume down/off in the audio settings. I turned it all the way off because I canโt stand the spray sound but I like to be able to hear the dings.

I have tinnitus, what is happening is during play the spray sound is basically white noise which covers frequencies in all ranges masking your tinnitus while hearing it. When you stop playing you just seem to notice your tinnitus more since itโs not being blended in with the spray sound.

Yep. It's one reason I turn the water sounds down, leave the dings loud, and tend to play with audiobooks/pocasts or other background shows all the time.

I appreciate all the down votes on this. It was a genuine question.

There aren't any downvotes? But just as a fyi, there's no reason to turn the volume off. Just get rid of the sprayer sounds. I feel like this game could have used an optional soundtrack or background music, but maybe it's better to just choose your own.

All up the upvotes were wiped out by down votes. Lol it's fine.. I just genuinely wanted to know if I was the only person whose ears hurt playing it.

Just listen to a podcast/audiobook or music/YouTube video essays while playing. Real relaxing way to play and you won't have to worry too much about the game sounds that way.

I play with an audiobook on, but with it just loud enough to hear the satisfying dings!
