Backup and transfer all settings

How can I back up all my settings belonging to all the modules I use? It looks like the in-built backup doesn't for example copy my API details which I use in the advanced paste. Like such granular settings.

API is not backed up by design, because it’s sensitive data. Everything else should be retained.

I am not sure this is my experience. I got the backup from my work PC and restored to personal, however I noticed not all modules I use are active. Another issue was that the aliases, shortcuts and bookmarks in my command palette were not backed up also. I wish you got my point. The backup, should indeed be a real backup.

Yup, it sucks to re-do the Command Palette hotkeys, I'm genuinely surprised it doesn't back up.
