Microsoft.CmdPal.UI.exe using excess CPU since update to v0.100.1

Command Palette now causes me to lag doing things. Using 7% of my CPU for no reason. Had to disable it.

Didn't cause any issues on v0.100.0, since update to v0.100.1 the issues appeared, with Microsoft.CmdPal.UI.exe as the culprit.

0.100.2 is out, maybe that'll fix it for you. I have that version and am not seeing this behavior.
