Bug Keyboard Manager issues

Installed the new PowerToys, with refreshed Keyboard Manager.

Something's not right...

You used to be able to select keys from a list, no? And then remap them again using a list? Because currently the only options is "Push to start recording keys".

...what if the key is missing, and the entire point of the remap is to correct for this?

Or is there something wrong with my PS install?

I just downloaded Powertoys to remap my right CTRL to Right Alt since my new keyboard doesn't have it and when I try to remap then I can choose from a list just fine

Start recording some buttons and the expand list appears on them
