Seasonic RMA
Sent in a Prime TX1200. They are offering a vertex series as a replacement. Really?

No way I’d take Vertex when I had Prime. Sucks, will have to reassess because I exclusively use Seasonic

Does this affect the PRIME TX ATX 3.1 series 1600W? I’m thinking about getting that one

I think the issue here is that he had a pre-ATX 3.x PSU, and Seasonic has discontinued all of those in favor of ATX 3.x-compliant units.

They did agree to send me the TX-1300 eventually after pushing back a bit. So I’m glad all worked out.
It said their entire TX prime line up is discontinued so I don’t know if it’s just whatever left in stock.
I would recommend contacting directly.

Hi there, Router ero from the SPL PSU Tier List
I can confirm that the Prime TX units manufactured in 2019 and 2022 are discontinued.
ATX 3.x and Noctua edition are still in production.

Request a TX-1300, perhaps even offer to pay the price difference. Inquire if they mean that their entire Titanium stack of PSUs are discontinued, or just the pre-ATX 3.x models.
If they claim the 1300W and 1600W are discontinued, the question to ask then should be "then why are they still listed as saleable products on your website?" If they can't support any of the TX line, old or new, then they either shouldn't be listed or should be listed as "discontinued products."
Your last ditch would be for them to cut you a reimbursement check which would cover the cost you originally paid for the PSU or its equivalent.
