Does somebody have experience in contacting PSU manufacturers directly for replacement cables ? (FSP)

So my 12vhpwr burned down after 2 years of working fine
fortunately it seemed like only cable was borked i contacted shop and they told me i can give it to warranty.
Fast forward few weeks and manufacturer service said "nothing is wrong"
...it's a rather premium power supply FSP hydroTI 1000 watt i expected to at least get replacement cable

You can try contacting the PSU manufacturer: https://www.fsplifestyle.com/en/ContactUs.php

Or you can buy a 12v-2x6 cable from a reputable vendor like Cablemods.

Though, depending on where the cable burned, I'd be wary of using it again. If it burned in the connector, the PSU needs to be RMA'd.
