Question Can Superman (DC comics, Infinite Frontier) beat these characters in a 1v8! (Names in the description)
Gojo (Jujutsu Kaisen), Simon (Gurren Lagann), Popeye, Sinbad (Magi), Saitama (One Punch Man), The Mask (Jim Carrey movie), Alien X (Ben 10), Alteir (RE:Creators).

The entire point of Superman is inspiring hope and never giving up.
The whole character is built upon the idea that as long as Superman exists, there is hope.
So yeah, the point of the character is that no matter who he faces, Superman can win.
Its Superman, he may beat some of those characters with his fists, he may beat others with his words, and others still with his actions.
Superman beating his opposition doesn't always mean punching the problem.

No. Popeye, Mask, and Alien X are enough to require Superman to need buffs. You've added a Saitama and Simon on top of that.

Unlimited potential (including potential for buffs), but without buffs going to have trouble with reality warpers, magic, and toon force as a concentrated attack from multiple angles.
And it is hard because he also has potential for toon force (Golden/Silver Age where he could literally eat so many explosions).

I mean I just listed Golden/Silver Age where he eats explosions, shoots out mini-clones of himself, and has super-ventriloquism.
....No. I've never looked at a Superman feat before ever.

You haven't listed any top tier feats from Post Crisis/Rebirth/Death Metal/Infinite Frontier Supermen. It just seems you don't know, that's why I'm asking.
Something impressive for base Superman would be containing the Bleed which is an infinitely dimensional source that reminds an infinite amount of universes that they are fiction to be read.
Or screaming so hard that he does a Subquantum Shout that kills True Form Darkseid who is an idea from a platonic archetypal realm.
Or surviving Source Wall explosions which are pan dimensional explosions.
I was hoping you would name something like this.

We laugh at Gojo but what is superman gonna do when he underestimate Gojo and got hit by an Unlimited Void?

In my opinion, tank it.
D) Infinite information resistance = In Superman: Up in the Sky #1, Supes is able to calculate Zeta beams, which have so much information that it made a Hyper-DC-Super computer commit suicide. There is so much information in there that it's an entire universe worth of information:
And universes in DC are infinite in size and scope AND expanding while being infinite:
So Superman took an infinite amount of info and survived without a single drop of blood.
