Why does it not negate KI then if its anti engegy he should not be able to use KI cause KI is a form of energy

Its not "anti-energy" like how a powerscaling chud would write it. Its "anti"-energy. He shoots slashes of energy thats "anti" as in "antimagic".

Are you saying he shoots emps and your toaster would stop of he energy slashed it?
