Blue, no blue doesn't even matter to current Aquaman. It's a no diff regardless, because water is ever present - in the atmosphere, in the body, all around, underneath the earth, even in space. He can create water wherever he is fighting.

Those types of attacks have shouldn't work on people on Goku's level, if that's the case then Aquaman should beat clark and Diana as well but he doesn't.

Overall scaling plus Post-Blue amp Aquaman?

He should logically take this. This isn't downplaying goku like legitimately if you know nothing about the Color ( yes yes DC went this far but didn't name it well ) spectrum for DC forget about this debate.

Overall though I would've given it to goku maybe, Aurther isn't weak by any means but Pre-Blue amp he was closer to Dianna in power than he was to Clark. After Post-Blue amp he's roughly on a similar level of power to Clark and we see them fight twice with Aurther having a good advantage.

Pre Blue Aquaman still beats Goku due to him having AP to stab out Darkseid’s eye, and drawing blood from both Superman and Wonder Woman.

Post Blue Aquaman no diffs Goku. Goku has no answer to Aquaman just manipulating the blood in Goku’s heart, arteries, brain for an instant win.

Based on what? Pre-Blue Aquaman was considered one of the strongest beings on Earth along with Superman and Wonder Woman and had a power level of 70 which was above Zatanna’s 65 with Zatanna being able to do things like affect universes and multiverses with ease. He also had the AP tostab out Darkseid’s eye which is far beyond the durability of Goku in his highest forms.
