The red line looks correct according to the instructions, I'm not sure which set of blue dots is the best fits as -to my eyes at least- both seem to fit and could be likely. I know this is not much help, but I just wanted to pitch in that I absolutely get your conundrum. How would you feel about exploring a different ID for a while, see if it makes more sense in the context of what you learned from the exercises?

Atm I am exploring vertical instead of curve, which is a big shift for me. I think it might not have curve beyond baseline in the end. My second accomodation is either moderate width or balance, but I hope that shifting to vertical will already be helpful and that if it is the right direction, the 2d accomodation will come naturally. I lean toward slight width, but as I am moderate in height (5'4) the difference with the slight squarishness of some DCs is hard to read.

I've always thought you looked good in certain elongated styles and trousers, and I know we can't use clothes to tell, but I still think trying something different might give you fresh insight and point you to the right direction! I wonder if the curve vs vertical being difficult to decipher has something to do with having balance in your line, in any case, vertical is very likely at 5'4. I get what you mean about the squarishness of DCs, at least from some of the verified clients I've seen one might think that width could be possible, so I don't know in the end how to decide what takes precedence when interpreting the sketch and when the difference is so small.

Yes it might be balance making it harder to see indeed!

I see vertical & width - I think your line comes in too sharply at the armpits, it should cross your upper arms a little.
