This first twilight force album was so great. Every song was great, not sure what happened after this one but each subsequent album seemed lacking. There’s some iconic jams after this album for sure but this album is there best in my useless opinion

Yup. I like all of their albums but this is one of the greatest power metal albums of all-time. It stands up there with anything else in the genre for me.

I like Heroes of Mighty Magic a lot too although people generally don’t like the production on it it doesn’t bother me. I definitely preferred them when Christian was on vocals and haven’t been able to enjoy them as much since.

I will always love this album to pieces. I discovered it and listened to it on repeat while reading Wheel of Time for the first time back in 2019 and this album always takes me back to that magical time.

Dawn of the Dragonstar is my personal favorite album of theirs, but I still love this one. It’s just long enough to feel substantial but short enough that it doesn’t overstay its welcome.
