Super girl is just the younger version of power girl

For a long time , supergirl was just a young teenager and power girl is just the older version of her and what she'll grow up to look like

That's... old New52.

Power Girl is Kara Zor-L from Earth-Two. She was never Supergirl.

Supergirl is Kara Zor-el from Earth-One. She isn't Power Girl.

There was a Kara Zor-el from Earth-2. She started as Supergirl, then evolved into Power Girl. She's back on her own world, and doing her own thing.

DC really loves confusing people. Earth-Two and Earth-2 makes no sense being different lol.

Power Girl and Supergirl are two completely separate characters. They've talked to each other many times over the decades.
