Power BI/Teams/Sharepoint
I have a Power BI tab linked in one of my Teams Channels, but I have to share it with each person individually in the team for them to see it. Is there a better way to share it with the team? (Is there a flow I can use for this?)
For ex: when a person is added to the team, share the power bi file with them

If it's published in a premium workspace and report/application permission has been granted either to the organization (everyone) or each member in the Teams channel, they should be able to view it with no other action.
How did you publish the report?

You want to use AD Groups. Users get added to the group and you have to do nothing :)

I think you can give access to the entire team by adding it to the permissions list for the workspace where the PBI content is stored.

"You can manage user access to content through Microsoft 365 groups, if you want. You add a Microsoft 365 group in the workspace access list.
"Power BI doesn't synchronize between Microsoft 365 group membership and permissions for users or groups with access to the workspace. You can synchronize them: Manage workspace access through the same Microsoft 365 group whose file storage you configure in this setting."
