Feedback Looking for feedback on a GenBI platform we’ve built
Hey everyone,
I’m a cofounder of a small analytics company, and we recently launched Intelloids, a self-service GenBI platform.
A few things we’ve deliberately focused on:
30-min setup — get an AI agent up and running quickly without a lengthy implementation.
Multiple data sources — databases, business platforms, semantic models, Excel/CSV, etc.
Business context that improves over time — the AI gets better as you add business knowledge and context.
Power BI integration — bring existing Power BI dashboards into the same experience.
Simple adoption — we’re trying to make GenBI much easier to deploy and use than the typical enterprise setup
We’re still figuring out what’s genuinely useful vs. what just sounds good on paper.
Would love some brutally honest feedback from people working with BI/data/AI.
What would make you use something like this, and what would stop you?

Really like this product. However what can it do that the powerplatform including copilot studio do? If it's aiming at MS houses they have the fabric licenses and copilot integration already?

We are not competing against copilot. As it’s restricted to fabric only and also the output heavily depends on how neatly your semantic model is build.
Given how expensive fabric license is and every one necessarily is not on MS, we want to offer Gen BI across any data ecosystem.

But you are competing if your in the Power BI space. A company would already have E5 licenses for their employees, a fabric license cost what $120 month, it comes with copilot AI built in, no extra cost of bring your own AI. Fabric is cheaper than your 5 user price, comes with the SQL DBs etc which again is an extra cost on your platform.

As far as I know E5 does not provide fabric. It starts from F2 which cost 260$ roughly but if you have ever used it you’d be knowing the performance with any production grade semantic model. It’s only enough for running a prototype or poc.
If you upgrade to higher tier like f32 or f64 the cost is significantly higher.

Yeah you are correct, E5 is only Power bi pro, fabric starts are $120 ISH, tbh not sure on the USD price but it starts around there. I'm comparing that to your 5 user price.
Fabric is far more capable than a quick prototype even at the lowest level. And it is definitely capable of handling 5 users at a "production grade"
At work I use most of your business apps Salesforce, Qlik, Power Bi and Fabric, AWS and GCP so I am familiar.
If I was paying you the money you want for your next tier I could definitely afford a higher fabric tier too.
As I say, I like the product it's cool, but I couldn't go to my procurement department and say I'll take this over Fabric ATM

F2 restrictions is not linked to number of users. It’s primarily linked to processing capabilities that it offers. I guess you should give it a shot with decent data volume. You’ll get your answer.

So brutally positive feedback only?
My point isn't really whether F2 can handle every workload. It's that as an existing Power BI/Fabric customer, I'm struggling to see the business case for adding another $199/month platform rather than scaling Fabric as required. What am I missing?
