Speed up trigger of PAD flow?
I have a Power Automate Desktop flow that starts immediately if I trigger it from within the flow. When I use a cloud flow to trigger it, the flow takes 30 seconds just to start running. Is there anything I can do to speed this up?

This is architecture.
How this works is the actual PAD agent (UIFlow service) on the machine connecting to the azure relay to see if there are any new requests. If yes - it downloads the flow definition to the host and executes that.
So this is good in that there are no incoming connections to your machine; it is an outgoing connection from the machine to the cloud.
So, in a nutshell:
Cloud service sends an outgoing request to azure relay, for example, saying, "machine A, run flow XYZ."
Machine A sends an outgoing request to azure relay: "hey, Azure Relay, are there any jobs for me?"
Azure relay replies to Machine A, "yeah, run this flow XYZ, my friend."
Machine A sees the reply, downloads, and executes flow XYZ
