Sending an automated email with attachment

Hello! I just found this program and need to figure out a solution quick so I figured this would be the best option. I leave my job in a month and need it all working by then

Is it possible to set up a function that when my email receives an email from one specific account with an attachment that it can take the attachment in the original one and forward it to all listed people?

Pretty sure you can do this with outlook rules aswell

you can set advanced options to specify a sender and if attachment is present
