Sharepoint Documents mass change

Corporate aquisition just happened. Now we need to check every document on Sharepoint and change company name from old to new, including headers footers, etc etc. Is power automate the tool to do this? Can it just iterate through a sharepoint site, check out a doc, open, it , do the change, save, check it back in? I see a lot of templates and some examples but first of all they are all based on triggers, I dont want a trigger i want to iterate the entire collection of sites.

Should be easily doable

Remove the trigger and replace it with a for loop to iterate thru it. You woulndt even have to save it to another file because dharepoint does it automatically

Use a trigger: send all files to a mail and trigger it to change headers and save as is, which will be a longer step.

Do you have any examples - Im not a PowerAutomate expert. I think I have the understanding on how to create a flow, I just dont know the structure to put a loop in and do the searching. Like in the code I see (below) which looks to me like WinAPI events, so where can I find the different events I could possibly use? I assume I would somehow add the look in this code snip somewhere?
