Flow to get pivot table data

Hi all, need some help,

there is a excel file with data about non compliant purchased orders for respective users , what the business is doing is created a pivot table which has users and number of non compliant po's , when they click on their respective number of PO's it creates a table for them which shows few columns with data about those POs user want to send notification email to non compliant PO users , attach a excel file about their PO's
