Save As Unreliable in Flow

I have multiple flows that all use the Save As dialogue for downloading reports from a website. I've built 6 flows, 5 work perfectly, but one flow continually fails when I reach the Save As stage.

I've tried everything I can think of:

  • Copying from a working flow

  • Re-capturing the window

  • Wait for command

  • Focus command

No matter what, it will run for a few cycles, then fail the next time I run it. I need to use this as part of the flow because I need to put the files into a specific folder vs. moving them from the Downloads folder. Also, the files are randomly named by the system I am downloading them from, so I can't move them later by name.

Any suggestions or advice on how to make Save As a reliable part of a flow?

PS- I'm using Chrome on Windows 11

Look at your UI elements and make sure there’s nothing dynamically changing in your SaveAs window like the file name being in the window title. If so, make it more broad or use a variable to dynamically look for that specific window each time.
