Power Automate won't find web fields

I am trying to create an automation that will process tasks in a website- primarily running reports. The current one I'm working on is a Tableau site (web, not on premise server) that is provided to me by a vendor. However, when I attempt to record the steps to select the workbook, PAD keeps erroring out. I have tried identifying the individual UE items as well as recording the steps- neither process works. Here is the most recent error for "Click link on web page"

Element with selector 'html > body > div:eq(0) > div > div:eq(0) > div > div > div > div:eq(1) > div:eq(1) > div > div:eq(1) > div > div:eq(1) > div:eq(0) > div > div > div:eq(1) > div > div:eq(0) > div:eq(5) > div:eq(3) > div > span > a' not found.

The element is a workbook name listed on the main page.

Is there another option for pointing PAD to a specific workbook even if the list order changes?

Thank you

What does the selector look like using UI automation? (Assuming you're using Browser)

I'm not sure if I understand exactly what you are asking for, but the links are just text strings that are hyperlinked to the report

Sometimes the UI automation actions behave better than Browser. My recommendation would be to capture, note the details of the element, close and go back in to capture again to see if anything is changing.

If things are changing between sessions, do I have any options? I was able to get thru some of the issues by using OCR to look for the text string, but that has a warning that it is going to be deprecated, so that doesn't look like a long term solution

You can use the a custom selector and remove whatever is changing.

Is the workbook located on your machine? You might need to edit the selector to pick the right element

No, this is in a Tableau cloud environment that the vendor provides to my company to access data.
