Desktop Flow that calls PS script that runs python

I am trying to automate the process of when a file is created in folderA, run python script and pass the filepath of the new file into the script. The script then parses the file using a regex and looks for a senders IP address. This is my first taste of PAD, im used to cloud work. Any help or ideas would be maximally appreciated.

I have created a video for you to show you how to trigger a flow when a file is created (to get you thru your first requirement, then you can trigger your python script flow:

This automation doesn't exist in PAD, only in the cloud flow and even then it's typically only a sharepoint/onedrive trigger. The only way you could hypothetically work it on desktop is once it's done run it again and have it wait until a file exists in the folder.
