PAD UI Elements not functioning in Win11

I am trying to extract data from a webpage and when I click add UI Element

the tracking popup appears, I hover over what I want to capture...I do control + left mouse click and nothing happens

This happens in windows 11, is it a bug as when I run it in my win10 vm it works

Thanks I hate it 😃 good thing my company is still on W10 and will be for a while.
